Job Responsibilities：
Collect, clean,structure productionoperations data multiple sources (mainly Excel, but also ERP systems like SAP).
Buildmaintain Power BI dashboards for production,other areas.
Propose smarter ways of structuringpresenting data to improve decision-making.
Support the setup of a consistent data model across departments.
Work with production staffmanagers to understand KPIsreporting needs.
Job Requirements：
1–3 years of experience in a data analystreporting role (internships/projects also ).
Strong ExcelPower BI skills.
Curious mindset with the ability to turn raw data into insights.
Comfortable working on-site with productionoperations teams.
Good communication skillsa hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have
SQL knowledge (queries, database basics).
Experience with SAPother ERP systems.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Appsother automation tools.
